I was greeted by a very nice and enthusiastic lady! She was friendly and passionate about her job. Kudos to people like her who give 150%. She made me feel welcome and appreciated. I will return just for that enthusiastic woman.

Bent over backwards to accommodate my requests. The only issue was that some one unplugged the TV and I didn't catch that; and there was a wall leak that stained the floor in the bath. Great manager though!

the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming, no loud neighbors, mostly clean, a lot better than expected for a last minute reservation.
